How it works

  1. Receive and analyze the request — The operator uploads the quote request into the platform — regardless of format: scanned PDF, email, Excel, or Word. The system applies OCR if the document is scanned, then uses artificial intelligence to automatically extract the product list, technical specifications, and requested quantities.
  2. Product Matching and price selection — The system automatically identifies each product across available supplier sources and selects the most advantageous in-stock prices, applying margins and currency conversion automatically.
  3. Review and approval — The operator reviews the generated quote, can manually adjust any price, and sends the document for internal approval. The approver validates or returns the quote with comments. The full history is logged automatically.
  4. Export and delivery — The approved quote is exported in Excel or PDF format, ready to send to the client. The request status is updated in the system, and the final outcome is logged for reporting and statistics.
